- Why tap water,not distilled water?
- Tap water contains small amounts of dissolved minerals that conduct electricity. Distilled water has no minerals and will not work . Highly-filtered water won't work as well due to it contains fewer minerals.
- How long does it take to generate ozone water?
- Line Tech Care’s ozone water series products can generate ozone water in extremely short time.This device is active for only 5 seconds,the max. time is no more than 5 minutes.
- How much O3 does the bottle produce?
- Ozone concentration depends on TDS(Total Dissolved Solids)of tap water, which is approximately between 0.2mg-1.5mg/l.

- What is the difference between ozone gas and ozone water?

- How do I clean and store the sprayer and generator?
- Please stay away from the place with high temperature or direct sunlight and keep the product dry.If you want clean the sprayer or generator,just use clean water.If you don't need to use the product for a while,please keep the bottle dry.
- Is ozone water safe?
- Ozone water is very safe when used correctly.It is also approved and authorized by FDA and EPA as a safe sanitizer.
- How long does the effect of ozone water last?
- When ozone water is generated,ozone concentration will decrease when it comes into contact with the air.After about 30 minutes, it dissipates from the water. If your water is hot, it will dissipate faster.The best way to store ozone water is to seal it in a bottle or cup and use it within 24 hours.
